Location: Crawford Bay, BC
Inspired by both the beautiful setting of the Kokanee Springs Golf Resort and a unique local architectural character, this multi-residential villa building is designed on the principles of flexible spaces, specific views to distant mountains or luscious treed glens, and distinct scaling of design components to implement a deference of architecture to its setting. As a precedent setting feature for this building type, the construction assembly features a high performance building envelope with a three inch rigid exterior insulation wrap.
