Trevor Street Residence

This project explores and delivers innovative solutions to high performance energy efficiency, efficient use of space, off-site fabrication, and construction strategies for steep terrain. Pre-fabricated steel was erected on site in two days and kicked off a ten month construction sequence to achieve occupancy. The result is effortless access from street level, a compact design with an Energuide 81 rating, and views that inspire dreaming and solace.
