The owners of this home wanted a simple, yet timeless style with materials reflective of the local vernacular. The large covered carport offers easy access into the main floor from the street. A small storage room off the carport provides ample room for skis, bikes, and all the other toys that make this a classic Kootenay home. A gracious deck with polished concrete floor off the rear of the house offers views of Kokanee Peaks in the distance and privacy from the two streets that border the property.
